Boca Beach Residences, located in Boca Raton, has been completed, and its new occupants are a mix of industry leaders, sports executives, financiers, and other influential figures.

Project Overview

Developed in collaboration by Key International, Miami-based Integra Investments, and West Palm Beach-based Wexford Real Estate Investors, this four-story, 32-unit condominium is situated at 725 South Ocean Boulevard. The property received its certificate of occupancy in September, with closings commencing shortly after.

The development site, spanning 3.2-acres, was acquired by Key International from Blackstone Group in 2017 for $17.3 million. The project was launched for sales in 2019 and secured a $42.6 million construction loan from Bank OZK in 2020. Notably, the building is strategically located opposite the Boca Raton Resort & Club, which was sold to billionaire Michael Dell’s MSD Partners for $461.6 million in 2019.

Inigo Ardid, Co-President of Key International, highlighted the dramatic shift in the Boca Raton market since the project's inception, stating that the pricing would be 50% higher if initiated today. Despite the challenges of building during the pandemic, Ardid emphasized the strength of the market due to limited inventory.

The Boca Beach Residences boasts amenities such as an 18-slip marina, pool, spa, and fitness facilities. The units, designed by Miami-based Sieger Suarez Architects with landscape design by Raymond Jungles, range from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet.
